Returns
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
We may ask for photos of the issue to help us understand and resolve it quickly.
Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Refunds
For approved returns, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
