Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
We currently ship within New Zealand only.
Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
You’ll receive an email once your parcel is on its way.
Returns & Refunds
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days.
Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method after the return is approved.
Exchanges can be arranged if stock is available.
Please note we cannot accept returns for change of mind at this stage.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
We also support Apple Pay and Google Pay for a faster and safer checkout.
